For the 2025 Rocket Companies All-Company Meeting—held live at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit and virtually in Phoenix—In partnership with Activate I designed event signage and interactive activations to elevate the team member experience.

With over 15,000 attendees, this annual event is a major moment of connection across the company. My work included photo booth designs and a custom ticketing activation, where team members could press a button to receive uplifting affirmation tickets to share with others. Each element was thoughtfully designed to align with the event’s color themes, creating a cohesive and engaging atmosphere throughout the space. These touchpoints helped bring energy, engagement, and positivity to one of Rocket’s biggest cultural events of the year.
